Please read the following important information regarding your child’s school portraits.

Q: How do I find my child’s portrait?

A: Your child’s portrait is organized by class and by first-name alphabetical order. All post titles include a class time/day description for easy location. If you had a child photographed who does not attend the preschool, your child’s photograph will still be organized by the class in which he or she was photographed during.

Q: How much does it cost to purchase my child’s preschool portrait?

A: $24.00

Q: How/Whom do I make payment?

A: For your convenience we’ve set up two payment options; You may pay Sandy Schurz Photography directly via secure electronic payment through paypal, or you can drop your payment off in person to Dana at the preschool (please make checks payable to Sandy Schurz Photography). If  you would like to pay by credit card through paypal please send payment to info@sandyschurz.com. If you don’t have a paypal account  please send an email to info@sandyschurz.com titled “Preschool Portrait Bill Request”,and you will receive and automatic bill in return that will guide you in completing your electronic credit or debit transaction.

Q: What is included in the price?

A: You will receive the portrait of your child showcased on the blog, along with four bonus portraits from your child’s preschool portrait session, and a class portrait. All six portraits are finished and will be delivered to you in digital format on a high quality CD in both color and chocolate version (both styles of color can be seen on the blog).

Your portrait CD includes permissions that offer you the opportunity to print your finished portraits at the lab of your choice, and share your portraits freely among friends and family members.

*Digitally altering or enhancing the finished portrait product with digital software programs, is against the permissions agreement.

Q: Why is there only one portrait shown?

A: Because of the nature and volume of school portraits, we only showcase one portrait of each child. Rest assured that Sandy takes the time to carefully select the best portrait of each child according to her professional expertise.

Does this mean you only receive one portrait? NO. Does this mean this is the only good portrait of your child from his or her session? CERTAINLY NOT.

Sandy was allowed a limited amount of time with your child. You know your child’s expressions and personality best, and it is very possible there are other portraits included on the cd that are more depictive of your child’s expressions and personality.

However, as stated above, because of the volume of school portraits, it becomes overwhelming for other parents looking for their child’s portraits to sort through the rest. THE PACKAGE IS SET UP SO THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING THE PORTRAIT SHOWCASED. The other four portraits come to you as a bonus, and you will get to view and enjoy those when you purchase and receive your CD.

Q: Can I order professional prints directly from you?

A: Yes. We do offer professional printing services. Simply visit the website at www.sandyschurz.com , go to > website > investment,  for information regarding our products, pricing, and professional printing policies.

Q: How do I make my CD order?

A: Call Sandy Schurz Photography at 435-781-8979 or email info@sandyschurz.com. Please include your child(ren)’s names, and which form of payment (paypal, or preschool drop off) you wish to use.

Q: What if I have already made payment?

A: Thank you for your payment. We have recorded it and your CD order is currently being processed and will be available for pick up the same date/time as all other orders.

Q: When is my payment/order due?

A: All payments and orders are due by April 30th, 2010.

Q: When will my child’s portrait CD be ready for pick up?

A: All portrait packages will be available for pick-up on Thursday/Friday May 7th/8th, depending on the day/time of your child’s preschool class. To avoid class interruptions, all CD’s will be handed out at the end of your child’s class.
